Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

 

  • Lead and inspire an international, cross-functional team across key account management, cross-border business and commercial excellence
  • Drive the team’s success through effective target setting, prioritization and resource planning. Commit to coaching and systematically further developing your team for continued personal and professional growth
  • Strategically plan and further develop business relationships with globally recognized key accounts such as Kaufland and Lidl.
  • Ensure robust management and negotiation capabilities with international trading partners, fostering sustainable, profitable growth specifically in Eastern Europe's core markets.
  • Achieve commercial excellence by coordinating and implementing cross-national standards involving pricing, promotions, and trade terms. Create and refine strategic guidelines that can be seamlessly integrated into Eastern European national companies.
  • Own the strategic and operational journey of the cross-border business expansion across NL, BE, LUX, CZ, and PL. Innovate and enhance the functions of sales, trade marketing, and order processing to drive growth and efficiency.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

 

  • Hold an advanced degree in economics or a related field.
  • Your track record includes at least 8 years in international key account and sales management, ideally within FMCG and the Schwarz group.
  • Proven management experience combined with strong negotiation prowess in the international retail sector.
  • Your expertise extends to strategic sales management, commercial excellence and revenue growth management.
  • Fluency in German and English, with exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
