Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• As the Product Manager (m/f/d) for the Tchibo app, you hold functional responsibility for developing a key digital, cross-channel touchpoint in our customer experience.
• In coordination with the Head of Product, you will create the roadmap, aligning with the collaboratively defined product vision and business goals.
• Together with your agile team of five developers, you will craft optimal solution concepts for our customers, formulating them into user stories and planning and prioritizing their implementation according to Scrum methodologies.
• Acting as the central interface between stakeholders, other product teams, UI/UX, and your development team, you maintain a balanced view of different perspectives, enabling you to reconcile them to provide the best solutions for our customers and maximize product success.
• Consistently seeking optimization and further development opportunities for the app, you scrutinize existing processes comprehensively, basing idea generation on data analysis, benchmarking, and customer insights.
• As the Product Manager (m/f/d) for the app, you drive innovation at Tchibo by leveraging new opportunities from advancements in iOS and Android platforms, implementing features that deliver value to both our customers and the business.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• You bring a combination of passion and experience in app product management, along with a strong commitment to customer orientation and an agile mindset.
• Holding a degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable training, you offer several years of practical experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (m/f/d) for apps in an agile environment.
• Your sound knowledge in software development for web shops, apps, and backend systems enables you to drive innovative solutions.
• With an analytical approach, you fuel product development through enthusiasm for data-driven and customer-centric methodologies.
• Proven experience in product strategy and product discovery enhances your ability to offer valuable app enhancements.
• By integrating agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban with tools like Jira and Confluence, you effectively manage and lead your team, supported by excellent communication skills in both German and English.
