Product Data acts as the center Hub for OT to receive, validate, consolidate, enrich, monitor, manage and distribute product data from all available providers to all required consumers in any required form. It replaces all legacy systems and is the single point of truth for product and article data after completion of the transformation process. 

It automates all processes, provides half-automated business logic where useful and enables manual control over the whole lifecycle of a product, accompanied by a tracking history for full insight of the objects' journey and states, where required. 

Your role: Making a difference with us.

This position is located in Bucharest, Romania.  

• As Product Manager for Product Data (m/f/d), you are a key member of our strongly growing technology team. You work at the intersection of tech & business and shape & drive the future of our online shop.
• Together with your Product Team and our internal business stakeholders you are responsible for subproducts or processes and prioritizing and clarifying dependencies with other teams.
• You take over product management tasks among others by collecting and managing requirements and technical conceptions of features and working with SCRUM.
• With your know-how and experience regarding master data management and PIM systems, you combine backend and frontend expertise which enables you to develop smooth backend workflows for internal stakeholders.
• Together with your agile team you support the full product development cycle: (1) ideation & design (together with our UX/UI experts), (2) specification & prioritization (writing user stories and backlog grooming), (3) managing development (sprint planning, etc.), (4) launch & post-release analysis (QA & reports) and (5) continuous improvement.
• Along the entire process you build a trusted relationship and work closely together with our business and engineering teams aligning and bringing together all perspectives and creating consensus while always having the ideal result for our customers in mind.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• You have 2-3 years of work experience, preferably as a product owner in software development, consultant (m/f/d) in a consulting firm, or similar function in a start-up or eCommerce company.
• Very strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate focused and compelling messages.
• You have a good technical knowledge of Code, Frameworks and APIs and know how to communicate and challenge it in the world of development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and high numerical comprehension regarding online sales.
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and excel with a lot of drive, passion, flexibility, and a high level of independence in your way of working.
• Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously across a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient use of English in business contexts (working knowledge of German is a plus).
