Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

 

  • As National Sales Manager (Freelance) (m/f/d) in the Baltic area you are based in either Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia and will manage the retail coffee business together with our appointed distributors.
  • In the role you act as the interface between the Baltic market and our headquarters in Hamburg.
  • You have full responsibility for our Baltic markets : You negotiate pricing with our distributors and assist them in key account negotiations, while keeping in mind not only external factors but also internal KPIs.
  • You introduce category expertise and knowledge to distributors and stakeholders within the modern trade.
  • Managing trade budget and organizing trade marketing activities together with the distributors as well as leading annual negotiations and strategic meetings with distributors is also part of your job.
  • Finally, you coordinate new brand launches (e.g. portfolio & pricing recommendation, distribution coverage, alignment of ATL and BTL campaigns).

Your profile: You keep discovering with us.

 

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business economics, management or other relevant fields and have at least 5 years of practical experience in FMCG business in the Baltics and experience in working with distributors.
  • You have a strategic and analytical mindset and show a high level of commitment and self-motivation.
  • You are communicative, have assertiveness, and contribute to a strong team spirit.
  • You have experience in Key Account Management and in-depth knowledge of the Baltic retail landscape and the important stakeholders.
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills and either Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian language skills.
  • You are willing to travel (regular field and client visits in the Baltics, regular visits to the German HQ in Hamburg).
