In our JUMP program, you take on real responsibility from day one.
No “shadowing” and no “not before the probation period.” From the very start.
It is a 24-month development journey that prepares you for a potential leadership role – through real experience, not seminars. During the program, you will rotate through different business areas and gain an understanding of how Tchibo works as a whole – from Purchasing and Logistics to Technology and Sales. All of this at one of Germany’s most exciting retail companies.
