Welcome to the diverse world of Tchibo! Your Tchibo internship will be your story. From your initial experiences at work to a successful and rewarding Tchibo career - an internship with us can develop into much, much more.
An internship with us is possible in several of our departments, such as marketing, controlling, logistics, HR, purchasing, sales and product management.
What should you bring with you? Above all, the will to work with us on exciting projects! Ideally, you have 6 months free from your studies and are at least in your third semester. We are looking particularly for majors in economics, industrial engineering, textiles and apparel, or business informatics.
Are you studying something else? No problem! What's more important to us is that you're up for your internship and want to make a difference with us together as a team. Sounds good? Then find out more about the options and select your favourite department.
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship, a fair salary for your commitment is a matter of course for us! If you stay with us for longer than three months, at present rates you will receive a monthly salary of 2,112 euros. However, with regard to possible increases of the statutory minimum wage, your remuneration would be adjusted accordingly. For a paid internship, the most recent adjustment was made in October 2022.
For shorter internships, bachelor's students receive 800 euros per month, and as soon as they have a bachelor's degree in their pocket, they receive 900 euros.
