Our apprenticeship projects
As an apprentice at Tchibo you will find it challenging, colourful and exciting, but our apprenticeship projects add a whole new dimension to the experience. In a team with other trainees, you will have the chance to take responsibility and have fun learning a lot about Tchibo and our work.

Further education
It is important for us that we support you and make sure you are fit for the working world. That's why you will attend various seminars during your apprenticeship. From IT security and data protection training and an introduction to MS Office software to a basic coffee seminar. There is a lot to learn with us.

Nothing works without IT these days! As an IT specialist trainee for system integration, you will get to know our IT departments and solve your own small project tasks. Whether or not you already know some PHP, C#, Java or JavaScript - soon after you start your apprenticeship at Tchibo, you will learn to master these programming languages. With these you will develop software solutions for application-oriented and ergonomic user interfaces. Based on user requirements, you will help to design and build solutions that are implemented within an agile team: developed, tested, checked and documented.

Good work needs good food! That's why you will learn to provide us with healthy and delicious meals at the Tchibo headquarters in Hamburg. You'll also get to know all the processes of a commercial kitchen, draw up menu plans and learn to select the right ingredients. Incidentally, unlike many in the catering industry, you will enjoy regular working hours!
