Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

You'll be joining a motivated and collaborative team responsible for managing B2B processes within SAP Retail SAP. Your focus will be on the Coffee Service B2B business, particularly supporting the Local and International Business areas. You will ensure end-to-end process support, from order creation and product listing to delivery generation and handover to the warehouse systems, including the adaptation of logistics for returns and new plants. As the dedicated point of contact for your sales domain, you will take ownership of the technical setup, business requirements, and the continuous drive for process optimization and improvements in related solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing technical and business projects as a sub-project or project manager
• Coordination and consultation with the business departments regarding B2B processes
• Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions for B2B sales processes
• Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing and documenting solution designs and business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration (Business and IT)
• Providing training and support to end-users
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Staying up-to-date on SAP developments and best practices

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on B2B sales and distribution processes
• Proven experience in implementing SAP SD or SAP Retail, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong cross-functional knowledge and experience interfacing with SAP MM and FI modules
• Experience in project management (classic and agile), including leading implementations for new company rollouts
• Understanding of international B2B sales processes and requirements; experience in the food/beverage industry or with compliance topics like EUDR is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and ABAP O/O allows you to understand and debug our solution 
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and UI development
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and integration scenarios
• Strong understanding of integration technologies – experience with SAP EDI standards and processes, familiarity with API management
• SAP Business AI experience is a big plus. 
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
