Join us as a IT Tech Lead - B2B CRM Solutions (m/f/d) in one of our dynamic, cross-functional teams that are organized around our business processes. You'll be the owner of SAP backend processes for the developing Tchibo business online shop.

In this role, you'll be technically responsible for the completion and going live of the MVP implementation within the current architecture using SAP OMF, SAP CRM (on premise) and SAP S4/HANA Retail (on premise) as the central systems. Afterwards, you'll transition the technical processes into a future-proof architecture. You'll act as a sparring partner for the business, prioritizing business requirements and technical adjustments.

Responsabilities: 

• Working closely with the tech team, which is responsible for the customer, marketing, loyalty, and B2B CRM processes across the company
• Taking responsibility for B2B sales processes in the tech area with the launch of a new Tchibo business online shop for coffee machines, coffee, and non-food products, integrating SAP Order Management Foundation, SAP Subscription Billing, SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Emarsys

• Driving the transformation of B2B sales processes into a future-ready and modern IT landscape based on our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and SAP systems/SAP Cloud Services and other cloud solutions
• Coordination and consultation in our tech area closely with the business the B2B sales processes
• Driving Agentic AI Cases for the B2B sales business – previous experience is a plus
• Troubleshooting and coordination of resolving system issues

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

Requirements: 

• You have a successful university degree focused on IT or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 7 years of project experience in the IT field, particularly with service-oriented architecture and SAP technologies, including experience with one or more of the following solutions and services: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Emarsys, SAP CRM, SAP Order Management Foundation (OMF), SAP Subscription Billing, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• You bring an open mindset and a strong interest in AI
• You possess a strong understanding of customer relationship management and customer experience, which is essential for bringing in your own ideas, shaping discussions, and driving the topics forward.
• Your strengths include conceptual and analytical skills combined with a structured working style that allows you to approach cross-functional issues with clarity and efficiency
• You are eager to demonstrate responsibility and ownership in your work, while maintaining a hands-on mentality that drives projects forward
• Your strengths are in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships across the business and tech area
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
