Your tasks

• Lead Developer for one or more areas of normal to higher criticality within a Process Domain. Has good domain expertise in these areas as well. 
• Implementing and designing high complexity customizations and integration scenarios in Process Domain teams and projects considering the defined architecture premises.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing problems with high complexity in the context of Incident and Problem Management and ensuring stable system operation for the responsible products including further development of the operating and monitoring environment.
• Take over the leading skill championship for at least two skills.
• Supporting role in the further development of the skill championship concept incl. inclusion of new skills in the Tchibo Tech Academy.
• Assuming the role of Development Lead in major projects.
• Leading role in the further development of development and quality standards as well as the development environment at Tchibo. Initial technical leadership of colleagues.
• Supporting the strategic development of the Tchibo architecture and system landscape, taking into account the market and technology development.

Your profile

Education:

Academic education providing thorough theoretical knowledge in an area of expertise.

General Work Experience:

Usually three or up to five years.

Managerial Work Experience:

First experience based on primarily project leadership.
