What documents should accompany my application to Tchibo?

We consider an application complete when it includes a current curriculum vitae in tabular form and all relevant references. If further job-specific documents are required, they will be specified in the advertisement for your desired position.

Do I receive a refund for travel expenses to attend the interview?
arrow_down

Yes, you will be compensated for your travel expenses by the cheapest means of transportation, provided your place of residence is beyond the outer limits of the Hamburg public transportation system (HVV).

What does PI Behavioural Assessment™ mean? How can I participate?
arrow_down

The PI Behavioral Assessment, or Predictive Index for short, is a short online procedure in which you carry out a self-assessment of yourself. You describe your own characteristics, your basic drives and your motivational needs - simply by ticking off the various adjectives in two questions. Participation is voluntary, and non-participation would at no time result in any disadvantage in our application process.

How long can I expect to wait for a response to my application?
arrow_down

The duration before we respond to your application can vary, depending on the position and the number of applications we receive. However, we will do our best to provide you with feedback as soon as possible and will keep you informed about the process at all times.

Do you have further questions about your application? We have the answers.
