"Drinking coffee? A kind of work disease"
"When I was little, I wanted to be a cashier. Today I run a Tchibo store and am super proud of what we offer our customers there. By the way, I've only been drinking coffee since I started working here. Before that, I didn't know how exciting it was to get to grips with coffee. We do that at training courses, for example. I'm glad that I can sell our customers products that I'm convinced of."
Laura Niewerth, Shop Manager
"Tchibo is a big family to me".
"What I like best is the customer contact. Every customer is different and the work is never monotonous or boring. Tchibo is a family business, and I benefit from that as an apprentice. We get a lot of training and development (e.g. about coffee) and work in a friendly, open environment. I'm allowed to take on responsibility even as a trainee; during our trainee project, I was even deputy store manager."
Larissa Meyer-Riekenberg, Trainee Retail Shop Assistant
