Our Hamburg production plant is the oldest and most traditional plant in the Tchibo Group. In the past, green coffee was brought to the plant in ships and is now delivered in silo trucks and containers. There are many exciting jobs in our production, from machine operator to roasting plant operator to logistics specialist. These jobs have a high level of responsibility, because without our colleagues in production, there would be no coffee in our stores.

At our plant in Hamburg, we have advanced plant technology that supports efficient production. We are geared towards meeting high quality standards. Automation, precise production and sustainability play a major role in this. Our machines use various techniques, including filling, sealing and labeling technologies, to package our coffees safely and attractively. They are often designed to automate the packaging process, saving time and resources.

Our commercial colleagues play an important role in ensuring that business processes run smoothly. They work closely with various departments to coordinate the entire production process and plan production.
